We are always interested in introducing new members to the syndicate who wish to gain access to private equity opportunities. It is our policy to meet with any potential member to discuss our method of operation and the possible risks and rewards.
We do not charge members a joining fee or an annual subscription and only charge a fee of 5% of any investment made.
We recognise that some members wish to be entirely passive investors but others may wish to offer help with assessment of companies or take on non-executive roles.
Unless other stated, all investments are made under the terms of the Enterprise Investment Scheme which allows significant tax advantages to investors. We do not give tax advice of any sort to investors.
Since we are non regulated in terms of the FSA, we require certification as a High Net Worth Individual or Sophisticated Investor under the FSMA 2000. We also require to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations.
